Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 green peppers
    1 finely chopped onion
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can whole kernel corn
    4 to 5 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut top off peppers; remove seeds and membrane.
    Save tops. In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, corn, potatoes and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Stuff into peppers; replace tops.
