Ho Ho Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate fudge cake mix
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. powder sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. softened butter
2/3 c. shortening
5 oz. can evaporated milk

Preparation

Beat frosting with beater on high for 10 minutes.
Spread on cake.
