Cheese - Stuffed Avocado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated baby Gouda
    1 can crab meat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 avocados
    1 whole tomato, chopped
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    3 sprigs fresh parsley
Preparation
    Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits.
    Then take out the pulp and place in a bowl.
    Mix the pulp with the baby Gouda cheese, crab meat, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture back into avocado skins.
    Garnish with sliced, boiled eggs and fresh parsley.
