Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow summer squash, cut up
    1 carrot, slivered
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. melted butter
    croutons
Preparation
    Parboil vegetables until tender.
    Place in casserole with soup and sour cream.
    Pour butter over mixture; sprinkle top with croutons.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
