Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium strips fatback
    corn
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry fatback.
    Let grease cool after taking meat out.
    Pour corn in pan.
    Pour in 1/4 cup water.
    Mix flour and water together. Pour flour mix into pan.
    Cook on high until it boils.
    Heat and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
    Salt and pepper.
