Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. finely shredded raw potato (2 large)
Preparation
    In bowl, combine ingredients.
    With floured fingers, form potato mixture into ten 2-inch balls.
    Dust lightly with flour before dropping into hot bubbling stew.
    Serves 4 to 5.
