Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers
    corn chips
Preparation
    Saute until well done (meat and spices).
    Melt Velveeta and Ro-Tel.
    Serve layered with corn chips, meat mixture, cheese and Ro-Tel.
