Easy Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. plus of chicken parts
1 pkg. taco seasoning (I like Mi Casa Taco Salad Dressing Mix)

Preparation

Skin the chicken.
Place in plastic bag with taco mix and shake until well coated.
Place in baking pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 - 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
