Frozen Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. fat-free whipped topping
    2 c. sliced fresh peaches
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 prepared reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Mix milk with lemon juice. Mixture will become thick. Fold in whipped topping, peaches and vanilla. Pour into crust. Freeze until firm. Cut with knife dipped in hot water. Serve frozen. Serves 8.
