Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
    green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. carton sour cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
