Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    oil (for skillet)
Preparation
    In a bowl combine flour, milk, eggs and salt.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat with a rotary beater until blended.
    Lightly oil an 8-inch skillet; heat over medium heat.
    Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet; immediately rotate pan until batter covers the bottom.
    Cook until lightly browned, turn and brown on other side.
    Repeat until all batter is used.
    If desired, while warm, spread applesauce, sweetened strawberries, jelly or jam thinly on crepes; roll up.
    Yield:
    About 12 crepes.
