Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
whole chicken breasts
1 c. sliced mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet and add garlic. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Put in skillet; brown over low to medium heat, cooking slowly. Turn chicken once; add mushrooms and onions. Continue to cook slowly until done. While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
