Salmon Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    Whole Wheat Crust (recipe below)
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid.
    Add reserved liquid, sour cream, mayo and seasonings to salmon.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Turn into pie plate, lined with Whole Wheat Crust.
    Sprinkle with crumbs reserved from crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until filling is set.
    Serves 6.
