Herbed Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef roast
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. crumbled rosemary
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Moisten meat surface.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients and rub on the roast.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place meat on rack and roast to 140\u00b0 for rare, 160\u00b0 for medium on meat thermometer.
    Time will vary with weight of roast.
    Do not cook to well done.
