Orange Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 (6 oz.) can orange juice, thawed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine in a plastic container with tight lid the milk, water, orange juice and sugar.
    Cover tightly and shake until smooth. Makes 2 portions (1 3/4 cups).
