Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 box pickling spices, tied in a bag
Preparation

Scald and peel tomatoes; add ingredients.
Cook until thickened (most of the day).
Pour in hot jars and seal.
