Chinese Food - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion and celery
    1 can mushrooms (save juice)
    2 c. cut up cooked turkey
    1 bouillon cube
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Saute in oil the onion, celery and mushrooms.
    Add turkey, bouillon cube and juice of mushrooms, plus water to make 1/2 cup. Mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce and water; stir into mixture until thick.
    Add bean sprouts.
    Put over rice, noodles or chow mein noodles.
    Can use beef or pork instead of turkey.
