Fruity Slaw(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots (2 carrots)
1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/3 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped apple (1 apple)
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum bowl.
Toss well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Toss well and drain before serving.
