Vegetable Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. each: diced onion and green bell pepper
    2/3 c. cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    dash of each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Mix with other ingredients; divide into 4 equal balls.
    Put on nonstick baking sheet; flatten.
    Bake until golden brown and puffy, about 15 minutes.
    Turn; bake 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serves 2.
