Pasta And Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large pasta
2 Tbsp. or 2 cubes chicken soup mix
1 or 2 cucumbers, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
Sweet Herb Dressing (recipe follows)
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions, except substitute chicken soup mix for the salt.
Drain and cool.
Add cucumbers, tomato, onion and green pepper.
Pour enough Sweet Herb Dressing over salad to moisten.
Refrigerate several hours.
Makes 5 quarts.
