Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, cooked
    2 c. chopped apples
    2 c. pineapple juice
    2 boxes strawberry jello
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb, pineapple juice and sugar to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in jello; cool.
    Add chopped apples and nuts. Serve with Cream Cheese Dressing.
