Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Beat ingredients together slowly at first, then high speed until thickened.
    Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
    (Note: Have vinegar and oil at room temperature.) Sprinkle with bacon bits and hard-cooked eggs if desired.
