Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 c. white corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. orange juice
1 T. grated orange zest
2 T. butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
2 pie shell, baked
Preparation
-
Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Spread pecans in bottom of pie shell, pour filling over pecans.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
