Delicious Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    2 c. carrots, grated (may grate them in blender)
    season to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and ground beef until beef is pink.
    Add other ingredients and cook slowly for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
