Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp cornstarch, good measurer
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in a sauce pan. Add water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in blueberries. Cook over medium heat until sauce is slightly thickened and clear. Makes about 2 cups of sauce. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or cold over ice cream.
