Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 boneless skinless breasts
    3 carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    garlic salt
    fresh parsley
    1 c. water
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced
    pepper
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Place chicken in crock-pot. Add 1 cup water. Layer vegetables. Sprinkle seasonings on top. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours or cook on high for 5 1/2 hours. Serve on top of rice.
