Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 small green tomatoes, sliced real thin (2 c.)
    lots of butter
    double crust pie shell
Preparation
    Tomatoes do well in a food processor.
    In another small bowl, mix spices.
    Pour over tomatoes; mix well before pouring into crust.
    Top with second crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until brown on top.
