Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 medium chopped green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 large Velveeta cheese (2 lb.)
    1/2 stick Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can sliced or chopped tomatoes (15 to 16 oz.)
Preparation
    In double boiler or microwave, melt Velveeta cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    After melted, add tomatoes.
    Don't drain.
    Add ground beef mixture to cheese mixture.
    Stir and serve in chafing dish or fondue pot.
    Serve warm with taco chips and/or vegetables.
