Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
    1 lb. American cheese, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with bacon and olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Ingredients may be mixed the day before and refrigerated until time to bake.
