Zesty Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
3 medium onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
vegetable oil
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
fresh chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Cook meatballs in hot oil until lightly browned.
Drain. Place meatballs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Yields 6 dozen.
