A Capella Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 chicken or 8 breasts, boiled and deboned
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    In skillet, brown onion in butter.
    Add soups, broth and chilies.
    Add chicken and mix well.
    In large baking dish, layer portions of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese.
    Repeat layers until dish is filled, ending with cheese.
    Let stand for several hours before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
