Cranberry Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry jello
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    1 orange, quartered
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Stir in cold water.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Put cranberries and orange, including rind, through food chopper with coarse blade.
    Stir in sugar. Let stand at room temperature about 5 minutes.
    Stir in thickened gelatin.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
