Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli slightly and drain.
Add soup, mayonnaise, egg, cheese and onion.
Mix and pour into casserole dish.
Melt butter in pan and pour in stuffing mix.
Stir.
Pour over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
