Pineapple Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 can pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 box lime Jell-O
1 large can Carnation milk, chilled
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix sugar, pineapple and eggs.
Boil about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 package lime Jell-O. Let stand until cold.
Whip chilled milk; fold in cooked mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate.
