Ingredients

2 2/3 c. flaked coconut (7 oz.)
2/3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (you choose the size).
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
