Bisque Tortoni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy or white vermouth
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites, whipped
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. crushed macaroons or coconut cookies
Preparation

In small bowl, beat yolks with sugar until fluffy.
Stir in liquid (vanilla and brandy).
Fold egg yolks into egg whites and the egg white mixture into the whipped cream.
Stir in crushed macaroons.
Fill 8 cupcake papers or pretty dessert glasses. Serve with chocolate laced cookies.
