Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes, cooked
    4 Rome apples
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cook sugar, cornstarch, salt, butter and boiling water until clear and thick.
    Put sweet potatoes, apples and sauce in layers in casserole dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    (I prefer 60 minutes.)
