Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and soda, cinnamon and salt. Combine salad oil and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Then add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add carrots, pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
