Party Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. gelatin (unflavored)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped stuffed green olives
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced or canned chicken
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1 cup chicken broth; heat and stir until gelatin dissolves.
    Add remaining broth.
    Beat in sour cream until smooth.
    Add onion and salt.
    Chill until partly set.
    Add chicken, olives and celery.
    Turn into a 3 1/2 cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 6.
