Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 1 c. milk
    butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salt water.
    Mash potatoes and all ingredients except butter.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and dot with butter or oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
