Ingredients

3/4 stick butter, melted
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
1 can coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar; add to butter.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add milk; fold in coconut and vanilla.
Pour into heavily greased and floured 9-inch pan (no crust).
Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
