Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. olive oil

Preparation

Peel potatoes, then cut or dice.
Mix onion soup mix and olive oil together in small bowl.
Put in potatoes.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until golden brown, in baking dish.
