    2 lb. coarsely ground, lean chili meat
    4 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    8 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 can tomatoes, chopped (use juice)
    garlic salt (optional)
