Norwegian Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over raisins in a bowl.
    Toss to coat.
    Sift together the remaining flour, baking soda, cloves and cinnamon.
    Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until fluffy.
    Beat in sour cream and honey.
    Stir in flour mixture just until blended. Add raisins and orange rind.
    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch angel tube pan.
    Bake in preheated slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake pulls away from the sides and the top springs back when lightly pressed.
