Shrimp And Feta Cheese With Mostaccioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 small ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each: pepper and basil
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 c. cubed Feta cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mostaccioli or other short pasta
Preparation

Wash and pat shrimp dry.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Saute green onions and garlic in oil in a large skillet until tender, about 3 minutes.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, wine, salt, pepper, basil and 1 tablespoon parsley.
Lower heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly; stir in shrimp and lemon juice; cook over medium heat just until shrimp turn pink and feel firm, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add cheese and sprinkle with remaining parsley.
