Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Preparation

Blend butter and flour and gradually add milk.
Stir until boiling; cook until thickened.
Stir constantly.
Add 2/3 of the cubed cheese.
When melted, pour over cooked macaroni in greased casserole.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes (20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered).
