#1 Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Put butter in a large glass bowl; microwave on High for 1 minute, or until melted.
Add sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla; stir until well blended and smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Press into an 8-inch square dish; refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
