Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. mashed, cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 drops orange food color (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, corn syrup, pumpkin, condensed milk, pumpkin spice and salt in a saucepan.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat; cook to 238\u00b0 on a candy thermometer (soft ball stage), stirring occasionally.
