Caribbean Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 flour tortillas
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 small can diced green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Roll tortillas with chicken and cheese.
Place seam side down in 9 x 12-inch pan. Melt margarine. Add flour and stir. Add the chicken broth, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and chilies. Pour over tortillas.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
