Surprise Sausage N' Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    4 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Combine sausage, oats, egg and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Divide meat mixture into four parts and shape each part around a hard-cooked egg.
    Place egg on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven about 35 minutes or until sausage is cooked.
